I have called South Florida home for over 40 years, with a majority of those years, 35 to be exact, in the great little city of Oakland Park. Before I earned my real estate license, I taught history for almost 10 years. When I began my career in real estate I founded LivingInOaklandPark.com, an online magazine about Oakland Park. I also had a real estate blog.

I decided to reinvented my real estate blog because just a plain ol’ blog didn’t quite fit the type of information I wanted to publish. I knew it was important to keep people informed about real estate but there were also topics about South Florida that I felt should be shared. As a long time resident, I know I am a savant of South Florida living and so SAVANT South Florida became the new incarnation of my real estate blog.
